The Education of Sonny Carson - A Classic

This is a must see flick...

The Education of Sonny Carson is a 1974 film based on the best-selling autobiography of Sonny Carson.

A surprisingly long and worthwhile film, The Education of Sonny Carson is based on a true story. Rony Clanton stars as Carson, a product of the Brooklyn ghetto. After several years of gang and drug activities, Sonny is sobered by his horrendous experiences in prison. He puts his priorities in order and finds a "born again" purpose in life under his new name, Iwina Lmiri Abubadika. The film ends in the 1970s, long before Abubadika's controversial involvement in New York politics.

Peep how the character "Wolfe" chumps m'man from the Lords. Sonny of course, keeps things calm...

"I'll tell you what...you start countin' to 5 like a sucka!!" LOL!!!

The Hawks and the Lords square off....
